Collaboration is essential. Together, Home for Good will enable providers, prospective funding sources and citizens to be an active part of the solution and we will continue Columbus’ legacy of successfully resolving critical community issues through public/private partnerships.
The City of Columbus has a 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness that provides the framework for our community to move forward instead of managing the immediate needs of homelessness, we will work to end homelessness. Through long-term planning and key strategies such as Coordinated Entry, Routine Case Conferencing, as well as coordination of Outreach and Mainstream Services.
